Information We Collect
When you visit a website or launch an application, we only record anonymized technical data: device model, OS version, interface language, and page view statistics. Personal information such as full name, address or card number is not and cannot be in these logs.
When a user needs to deposit or withdraw winnings, the service will ask for a phone number and UPI payment ID. These details are required only for the transaction and are never published.
Data Usage & Analytics
Summary analytics help us understand which games launch more often, where players encounter bugs, and how fast pages load on slow internet. Based on these metrics, the team optimizes the interface and adds new features.
None of these operations require the visitor's identity to be revealed: reports are aggregated and unique ids are encrypted. There are no advertisements based on the collected data – 91 Club does not transmit statistics to external networks as a matter of principle.
Security Protocols
All connections are encrypted with the TLS 1.3 algorithm: an outsider cannot intercept the traffic between the device and the server. Wallet data is stored in an isolated segment, which can be accessed by a limited number of employees after two-factor authorization.
In addition to our own checks, we invite third-party auditors to pentest on a quarterly basis. If the researcher finds a vulnerability, it is closed before the public release of the update, and the expert is rewarded under the bug bounty program.
Cookies Explained
Cookies help you remember your language of choice, store items in your bonus cart, and maintain your session without re-entering your password. Most cookies last less than a week and are automatically deleted by your browser.
You can disable them in your settings, but some features, such as auto-login and personalized game recommendations, will no longer be available.
Policy Updates & Notifications
The rules are revised when new features are introduced or legislation changes. We publish the date of the latest revision at the top of the page and display a banner about important changes when you first log in.
If updates affect the way data is processed, the service asks for a second consent, and without it continues to work only in guest mode.

Scope & Definitions
This policy applies to all 91 Club domains and official mobile applications. “Personal data” means information that directly identifies the user: name, phone number, payment details.
Aggregated statistics, which do not allow to identify an individual, do not belong to personal data and are processed as technical information.
Your Choices
A player can request to upload his data in CSV format, restrict its processing or completely delete the account through the “Privacy Settings” menu. The platform will fulfill the request within up to 30 days, confirming the actions by SMS.
You can also refuse analytic cookies, enable two-factor authorization and set up notifications when you log in from a new device to control profile security.
